FREEDOM TOWER BUILDING PLANS FOUND IN TRASH
 
According to a report published by the Associated Press on April 18th, a homeless man has turned over building plans that are labeled “Secure Document – Confidential.” The plans contain detailed schematics of the building replacing the World Trade Center. According to the report, the plans contained information on floor thickness, electrical systems and critical support columns.
