LEGAL FILES PUT OUT FOR TRASH COLLECTION

According to a report by Ron Plants posted on the website of Buffalo, New York-based, WGRZ Channel 2 on January 2nd, an anonymous caller to the station’s TipLine reported personal files placed at the curb in front of a law firm in Orchard Park. According to the report, Channel 2 confirmed the report and contacted the law firm.

The boxes were on the curb of South Buffalo Street in front of the Berkowitz and Pace Law Firm. One of the open boxes had a visible file labeled "Medical Malpractice" with a name and phone number visible.

According to the report, the attorney responding to the new investigation inquiry said that it was a mistake. The firm immediately retrieved the records.
